Mexico City.- Gross Fixed Investment, which represents expenses made in machinery and equipment, both made in Mexico and imported, as well as those made in construction, posted a 6.8% year-to-year increase last September. The Mexican Statistics Agency, Instituto Nacional de Estadistica y Geografia (INEGI), informed that expenses in machinery and equipment went up 9.1%, while in construction the increase was 5.3% last September when compared to even month in 2010.
