Basic Project Definition

Before you commit any major investment in Mexico, it is important to answer the questions of WHAT do you want to do in Mexico? and WHY do you want to do it in Mexico?

You have to define things such as PRODUCTS to be assembled or manufactured, EQUIPMENT and PROCESSES to be used, LEVEL OF LABOR CONTENT in products, STABILITY OF THE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES and CLIENTS to be served.

This stage is the base of the project as it provides the input data that will later be used in the preparation of the BUSINESS CASE ANALYSIS, and every decision that is taken at this phase will have and effect in the results of the project.
