Set
up
 If
the business case proved that your project is feasible and meets
the profitability levels that you were expecting, then you proceed
to the phase of implementation or set up. In this phase, our

essential elements of the "critical path" in order to
accomplish a fast and efficient set up.
Elements
such as equipment, materials, utilities, building and
installations, personnel, permits and licenses are always part of
the critical route that a good
project manager will have to closely monitor.
