The consulting service, depending on the client's needs is basically a 10 to 18 months program.
Through years of experience, the DIMSA staff has developed specific training programs in each of the key areas needed to administrate and manage a company in Mexico.

The whole concept is to provide a training program that will allow your employees to learn the concept and tasks involved in the function that will be performing.
It is not uncommon that some companies have the strategy to hire a person with the potential to grow into the position he or she has been hired for.
