This service is mainly designed for companies that want to have their products assembled in Mexico, but do not want to incorporate, have any legal exposure, or have any day to day responsibilities within the Mexican operation.

DIMSA would incorporate its own subsidiary, obtain all the necessary permits, set the plant up according to the client's specifications and manage all the functions that are necessary to deliver finished products on time and with the pre established quality requirements.

In this service DIMSA would be responsible for the administrative and productive functions, and the client would only need to provide initial training, equipment, and the raw materials.

Usually this service applies when the subcontracted work relates to assembly processes that are simple and straight forward to operate and manage. If the operation is technologically complex DIMSA's recommendation will be to always use any of the other services that DIMSA offers, where Your Company will continue to have operative responsibilities on the core functions of the plant.
